How do I create an account on Salud.ia?
Download the app, enter your email address, create a password, and confirm your identity.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Select “Recover password” from the login screen. You will receive an email to reset it.
Can I change the email address associated with my account?
Yes. Please email us at support.saludia@genetria.mx with your new and old email addresses.
Results and reports
Where can I see my results?
Within the app, in the main menu, select:
Results → Biomarkers → Full report
What does each marker mean?
Each result includes a detailed description, reference range, current level, and recommendations.
Can I export my reports?
Yes, you can download the PDF directly from the dashboard.
DNA and biomarkers
Is my genetic data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and protected under approved standards.
Can I delete my genetic information?
Yes. Just request complete removal by writing to support.saludia@genetria.mx.
Health and recommendations
Who interprets my results?
The interpretation is generated by LifeNome's AI and clinically validated by Genetria.
Can I share my results with my personal physician?
Yes. The app allows you to export the clinical report in PDF format.
Payments and subscriptions
Does Salud.ia require payment?
Salud.ia is free. Access to advanced reports depends on the service provided.
Security and privacy
What if I want to delete my account?
You can request this at any time. We will delete all your personal data, biomarkers, and DNA.
Is my information sold to third parties?
No. Salud.ia never sells personal data.
