The free version lets you complete initial assessments, view estimates of your lifespan and healthspan, and receive your first personalized recommendations.
Download the app, create your account and complete your initial health and lifestyle assessments.
Once you finish, you can view your first results and recommendations. If you want to learn more about your health, choose one of the available plans.
No. You can start using Salud.ia without medical tests.
Your initial assessments provide a first picture of your health based on the information you share. Blood and DNA tests are additional options that help you learn more about your body.
Yes. You can start with the free version and purchase a plan whenever you want access to additional information.
You do not need to purchase a plan to complete your initial assessments and explore your first results.
Salud.ia offers a free version and three paid plans: INSIGHT, DISCOVER and CLARITY.
Each plan provides a different level of health information and follow-up, from initial assessments to blood tests, DNA analysis and medical consultations.
If you are interested in the Intelligent Check up, visit Lonvida.com to learn more.
Salud.ia offers the following plans:
- Free: No cost.
- INSIGHT: $5,990 MXN per year.
- DISCOVER: $13,990 MXN per year.
- CLARITY: $20,990 MXN per year.
You can review each plan's benefits and terms before purchasing. To learn more about the Intelligent Check up, visit Lonvida.com.
The three plans offer different levels of insight into your health.
INSIGHT: Includes more than 90 blood biomarkers and one online medical consultation.
DISCOVER: Includes DNA analysis, more than 90 blood and urine biomarkers, biological age and one online medical consultation.
CLARITY: Includes more than 100 blood biomarkers twice a year, DNA analysis, biological age, access to all health areas and two online medical consultations.
It depends on how much you want to learn about your health.
INSIGHT is ideal for starting with blood tests.
DISCOVER adds genetic information for a more complete picture.
CLARITY is designed for people who want broader analysis and follow-up throughout the year.
Salud.ia may offer installment options through participating payment methods.
Available options and their terms are shown during checkout at saludia.health.
Biomarkers are measurable indicators that provide information about different functions and processes in your body.
For example, some biomarkers show your glucose, cholesterol and other metabolic health indicators.
Salud.ia uses this information to help you better understand your current health.
Paid Salud.ia plans include blood tests analyzing more than 90 or 100 biomarkers, depending on the plan purchased.
These indicators provide information about different aspects of your health and complement the results of your initial assessments.
If you purchase a plan that includes blood tests, you will receive the instructions needed to have them done at participating laboratories.
In Mexico, Salud.ia works with Laboratorio Médico del Chopo to facilitate sample collection.
Yes. Salud.ia lets you upload laboratory results as PDFs to integrate that information into your health profile.
The ability to generate personalized analyses depends on the tests uploaded and the benefits included in your plan.
A health-focused DNA test identifies genetic variants associated with different characteristics and predispositions in your body.
Salud.ia uses this information alongside your blood tests and lifestyle to provide more personalized recommendations.
Genetic information helps explain predispositions, but does not determine on its own whether you will develop a disease.
DISCOVER and CLARITY include a DNA test.
When you purchase either plan, you will receive instructions to request your kit, register your sample and view your results on the platform.
The Salud.ia DNA kit lets you collect a saliva sample at home.
After receiving your kit, follow the instructions to register its identification number, collect your sample and send it to the laboratory.
When your results are ready, you can view them in the DNA section of your health profile.
DNA results take 2 to 3 weeks after the laboratory receives your sample.
When they are ready, you will receive a notification to view them in your Salud.ia profile.
No. Salud.ia does not currently accept DNA tests previously performed by other providers. To include genetic information in your profile, choose a plan that includes Salud.ia's DNA test: DISCOVER or CLARITY.
You receive personalized recommendations based on your results, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management and supplements. Salud.ia helps you identify areas of your well-being to work on and track your progress as you add new results.
Chronological age is the number of years you have lived; biological age is an estimate of how your body is functioning compared with your chronological age. Salud.ia provides biological-age-related indicators based on health information, such as questionnaires and, where appropriate, biomarkers. It is an informational estimate, not a medical diagnosis.
At Salud.ia, we recommend repeating your tests every 6 months to track your biomarkers, assess changes and understand how your habits and well-being are evolving. Your doctor may recommend a different schedule based on your health needs.
Visit saludia.health/collections/suscripciones-salud-ia, compare INSIGHT, DISCOVER and CLARITY, and choose the plan that best fits your health goals. Follow the checkout steps in our online store.
You can view available payment methods and installment options at checkout in our online store.
Options may vary depending on the payment provider and current promotions.
After your purchase, you will receive an activation guide by email with steps to request your blood and urine tests, book your medical consultation and, if included in your plan, request your DNA kit.
All paid Salud.ia plans include blood and urine tests. Complete the form indicated in your activation guide and wait for confirmation. You can then visit a participating Laboratorios del Chopo location. When your results are ready, you will receive a PDF by email to upload to your Salud.ia profile.

The platform supports polygenic analyses across different populations and genetic testing platforms. Models are designed to account for differences in SNP coverage, reference populations and data quality.
When large population datasets, such as the UK Biobank, are available, models are trained directly on those datasets. When such data is unavailable, models are built using findings from multiple peer-reviewed studies.
Each model clearly defines the population it was developed for and the level of interpretation it supports, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Genetic risk scores can perform differently across ancestry groups. To address this, the platform adjusts how genetic variants are weighted based on population data and the strength of the available scientific evidence.
Variants are selected based on factors such as:
- Replication across studies
- Statistical strength in genome-wide association studies
- Evidence from meta-analyses
- Reproducibility across populations
- Population allele frequencies
If a variant has strong scientific support but limited validation in a specific population, its influence is reduced and the confidence level of the insight is adjusted accordingly.
This helps keep insights scientifically responsible while using meaningful biological signals.
Two types of models are used, depending on the available data.
1. Data-trained models
These are trained directly on large population datasets, such as the UK Biobank, where genetic and health outcome data are available. These models allow more quantitative interpretation and undergo statistical validation.
2. Literature-based models
When large datasets are unavailable, models are built from published genetic research findings. These provide directional insights rather than precise risk estimates. Once released, each model remains unchanged to ensure consistent, reproducible results until new versions have been thoroughly researched and established by our scientific team.
Genetic information helps explore biological predispositions; laboratory tests reflect indicators of your current health, and questionnaires provide context about your habits. Salud.ia brings together available data to guide personalized recommendations based on your plan.
Wearable integration is listed as an upcoming feature; it is not part of the current features included in the published plans.
The platform does not present raw genetic scores or laboratory values in isolation. Biological data is interpreted through structured models that translate complex science into clear insights. Results are evaluated in context and limited to what the scientific evidence supports. Insights help explain how different biological systems may function for an individual and why certain nutrition, recovery or training strategies may be more suitable. As additional information is added, such as laboratory results, wearable data or lifestyle inputs, recommendations can become more specific while the underlying genetic interpretation remains consistent.
Insights are prioritized based on several factors, including:
- Model confidence and quality of evidence
- Completeness of available data
- Whether the insight is clinical or wellness-focused
- Integration with other information, such as laboratory results, medications or lifestyle data
This helps ensure that the most reliable signals are highlighted first.
The platform improves through model updates and new scientific evidence, rather than changing results in real time. When models are updated or improved, new versions are released. Each version remains fixed for users assessed under that model to ensure consistency and transparency.
